FULL DAY SEMINAR  "Fertility - Kidney Qigong (Yuzhen Buyuan Gong) - nourishing and balancing the source" Yuzhen Buyuan Gong, the exercise to increase Zhenqi and supplement Yuanqi, is the Daoyin Yangsheng Qigong exercise specially designed to nourish pre-natal essence, benefit post-natal essence and strengthen the Kidneys. In Traditional Chinese Medicine the reproductive systems are mainly controlled by Kidneys. And, as the quality and quantity of the eggs and sperms are dominated by the Kidney Essence (Jing), the better the Jing the better the eggs and sperms, and the better the fertility. Yuanqi (Original Qi) is said to be Jing that has been transformed into Qi, or Jing in motion. It is the foundation of all the Yin and Yang energies of the body. Yuanqi is hereditary, fixed in quantity, but nourished by Postnatal Jing. Zhenqi (True Qi), A composite of Yingqi (Nutritive Qi) & Weiqi (Defensive Qi), is transformed from Zongqi (Gathering Qi) into Zhenqi with the help of Yuanqi. Zhenqi is the final stage in the transformation and refinement of Qi. It is the Qi that circulates in the channels and nourishes the organs.
