Enlisting as course tutors
Assist us in making the Kongress even more enjoyable. We are looking for congress participants willing to take care of one or more courses attended by them, and thereby helping the normal flow of events in the Kongress, for which you will receive expenses.
For more details concerning workflow and duties as a tutor please email Heike Wiedemann: kursbetreuer@tcm-kongress.de, who is in charge of coordination. An early reply by email is highly recommended.
Confirmation of payment and the participant documents
Confirmation of payment and the participant documents (name tag, vouchers for the courses, etc.) will be sent once payment has been received. Please bring these documents with you to the congress; without them entry will not be permitted!
A confirmation of participation and the distribution of certification points can happen only per request directly on the congress site at the registration counter. AGTCM members will be credited automatically. Please keep this in mind and refer to the staff at the counter!

Limited Seats and Safety Issues
We kindly ask you to note that there is a limited number of seats available for pre- and post-courses. We therefore highly recommend to send your booking for pre or post courses in as soon as possible.
Some courses during the main congress are unexpectedly well attended. Despite utmost planning efforts it cannot be ruled out that individual courses will be full. We kindly advise you to start checking in for your desired courses as early as possible, and kindly ask for your understanding if the door men have to close the doors when room capacities are reached.
Being the responsible organizer, the AGTCM is obliged to comply with the regulatory approved maximum room capacities - if for no other reason than the fact of safety and fire security.
