(1964, Kerkrade, the Netherlands), graduated in Naturopathy, acupuncture and biochemistry in the Netherlands and studied Taoism and traditional Chinese medicine in the People’s Republic of China.
Upon returning to the Netherlands I worked as a teacher and director of education for a school of TCM. I now teach as a guest speaker in Europe and publish articles in professional journals.
Since 1991 I have worked with different clinics in the Netherlands and China.
Because of my interest in the relation between Chinese medicine and nonlinear dynamics I got involved in scientific research at the Sino-Dutch Research Centre for Preventive and Personlized Medicine from TNO.
