Ein praktischer und theoretischer Qigong-Workshop für Kenner der Leitbahnen und Zangfu-Funktionen
Qigong cultivates body skill, breath skill and mind skill to develop good health, strength, resilience and emotional stability. When practised faithfully it can slowly transform our livfe and support us through its changes and challenges. It can also improve our sporting or martial abilities.
In this transformative one-day workshop Peter will teach preparatory neigong (internal skill) practices followed by a series of qigong exercises for strengthening and regulating the zangfu. These will draw mainly on the baduanjin (eight pieces of silk brocade) and five animal forms. The course has been designed for those who know channels and zangfu functions.
While practical qigong is the core of the day, Peter will also talk about the history and theory of qigong as well as the close relationship of qigong to the natural world.
