Obstruction Leads to Pain: Exploring Integrative Analgesic Strategies for Endometriosis Based on Neuro-Immune-Angiogenic Mechanism
“Stasis - Toxin” Theory: Integrative Risk Assessment and Comorbidity Management of Endometriosis as a Systemic Disease
Based on the "Stasis-Toxin" theory, this study approaches endometriosis as a systemic disease. It elucidates the pathological progression from chronic stasis to toxin-induced collateral damage, establishes an integrated risk assessment model combining TCM syndromes and modern biomarkers, and explores a comprehensive management strategy encompassing comorbidity screening, combined pharmacotherapy, and long-term health maintenance, aiming to enhance systematic and proactive clinical care.
“Obstruction Leads to Pain”: Exploring Integrative Analgesic Strategies for Endometriosis Based on Neuro - Immune - Angiogenic Mechanism
Based on the concept that "obstruction leads to pain", this study explores the neuro-immune-angiogenic interactive mechanisms underlying endometriosis-related pain. It proposes a multimodal analgesic strategy integrating pharmacotherapy, neuromodulation, acupuncture, physical therapy, and lifestyle interventions, aiming to offer more personalized and synergistic novel therapeutic approaches for clinical practice.
