Especially for depression, it is especially closely related to insomnia. As JING FANG is not a strong sedative, and does not have the side effects of chemical sleeping pills such as "drug dependence" and "next day residual effects", it is a happy choice for many patients.
Holistic treatment is the speciality of JING FANG in treating insomnia, which relieves somatic symptoms and improves depression, anxiety and other undesirable emotions through the adjustment of body constitution, thus improving the quality of sleep. There is no specific special-effective sleep-aiding formula, and almost all JING FANG’s formulas can be used for treating insomnia.
