Registration & Badges
You will receive your badge on site via the self-print stations located in the Wildbad and the Mehrzweckhalle.
Your personal QR code and all relevant information will be sent to you by email in advance.
For last-minute changes or registration inquiries, please visit the registration counter in the Theatersaal at the Wildbad.
Congress bags and the printed programme are also distributed in the Theatersaal at the Wildbad.

Badges
All participants, speakers and exhibitors are requested to wear their badge visibly throughout the entire congress.
A replacement fee of €30 applies in case of loss.

Participating in courses
On-site Bookings
Course registrations and visitor tickets can be booked at any time at the registration counter in the Theatersaal (Wildbad).
Course Participation
All courses require prior booking.
Changes are possible and subject to a €15 processing fee. Please note that all courses have limited capacity.
If a course is cancelled, there is no entitlement to attend a specific alternative course or to a reduction of fees. Programme changes are reserved.
Attendance of Booked Courses
With your badge, you may proceed directly to your booked course. Attendance will be checked on site.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the session starts. After the start, your reservation expires and late entry is not permitted.
Audio and video recordings by participants are not allowed.
Seat Reservations
For fairness, please refrain from reserving seats for other participants.

A professional exhibition takes place in the Theatersaal at the Wildbad.
