Please get your name tag with your personal QR Code at the self-print-station located at the Reichsstadthalle.

In case you want to change your booking or have any questions please go to the registration counter located in the Reichsstadthalle.

The bag distribution, where you can pick up the congress bag with lots of informative content and the congress planer, is located in Reichsstadthalle as well.

To avoid possible misunderstandings, we kindly ask all congress participants, speakers and exhibitors to wear a badge at all times for the duration of the congress. In case of loss the processing fee for the reprint is 30 Euro.

On-site registration for courses or a visitor ticket is available at the registration counter in the Reichsstadthalle at any time.

All on-site courses of the TCM Kongress Rothenburg had to be booked in advance. It is possible to change courses on-site, as long as there are vacancies in the courses. A rebooking of the courses is possible for an administration fee of 15.00 Euros. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that all courses have a limited number of participants.

There is no claim for participation in a specific course and no reduction of participation fees if a course has to be cancelled. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the programme.

Participation in courses booked in advance

You can go directly to your booked course with your name tag. Participants registered for a specific course appear on a guest list. The names will be checked at the entrance by the course tutor. Please be at the venue 5–10 minutes before the course starts, even if you have booked in advance. The reservation will expire after the course has begun. We would also like to advise that entry will no longer be granted after the start of any event, in order to prevent unnecessary disruptions during the event.

Recordings of course participants are not permitted.

Reserving seats

For reasons of fairness, we ask participants to please refrain from reserving seats for other congress participants.

Trade exhibition

Accompanying the congress will be an extensive trade exhibition at the Reichsstadthalle. The exhibition will be opening on Wednesday, 28 May 2025 from 19:30, with a get-together after the congress opening ceremony. You can find and overview of all exhibitors here.
