Call for Posters

Invitation to submit scientific posters for the 53rd TCM Kongress Rothenburg o.d.T.

The TCM Kongress Rothenburg ob der Tauber, which will take place from 24 to 28 May 2022, is one of the largest of its kind worldwide in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Since scientific research represents a central future topic of TCM, the TCM Research Day has been an integral part of the congress program for years. Here, both established and young researchers present their latest findings on TCM and discuss them with an interested audience.

In order to better reflect the breadth of scientific approaches, we would like to cordially invite researchers from all disciplines working in the field of TCM to present their findings to the public in the form of a scientific poster at the upcoming TCM Research Day (27 May 2022). The only requirement for participation is the correct and ethical application of scientific methods to a topic related to TCM.

The Congress will offer three prizes* totaling 600 euros for the best posters presented. These will be awarded by a scientific jury after a poster viewing, where all submitters will have the opportunity to present their work in person. In addition, all submitters will receive a certificate of participation.

Abstracts (max. 500 words) can be sent in English language and structured in introduction, methods, results and conclusion via email to Prof. Dr. Florian Beißner (f.beissner(at)insula-institut.org). Deadline for submission is 28 February 2022. All submitters will be informed about the acceptance of their abstract by mid-March and can participate in the TCM Research Day for a reduced congress fee of 150 €.

We are looking forward to the scientific exchange!

Velia Wortman & Florian Beißner
