On 15 May 2026, the TCM Research Day took again place during the TCM Kongress in Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
For the 4. time, a poster session was held as part of the TCM Research Day under the direction of Prof Dr Florian Beissner and the poster prize was awarded.
Here, both established and young researchers presented their latest findings on TCM and then discussed them with an interested audience.
We are pleased to present the following poster winners:
1st Prize – "Research on the Effects of Qi Gong on Stress: A Scoping Review" by Mark Hackel
2nd prize – "Acupuncture in cancer care: Developing recommendations for safe practice" by Beverley de Valois PhD
3rd prize – “Integrative Stroke Rehabilitation: A Case Report on Acupuncture and Game Therapy in a Young Adult” by Dr. Aram A. Akopyan
The abstracts submitted are published in our association journal Qi - Zeitschrift für Chinesische Medizin 02/2026. AGTCM members can read them there and in the online archive of Qi.
