Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Dietetics and Taijchuan
Dementia with all it’s forms (Alzheimer’s disease, cardiovascular and other) is a growing health problem and threatens over 10% of the elderly population, in 2030 over 75 million people worldwide will suffer a severe form of this mental (and physical) decay.
At the moment – despite intensive research - there is no cure in western biomedicine.
In Chinese medicine with all it’s variety, Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, dietetics and especially Taijichuan, we find a broad spectrum of possibilities, to establish an effective prophylaxis and slow the progress of dementia; however, the treatment of the severe forms remains difficult, also for TCM.
In this workshop we will learn and discuss all the TCM approaches, also on a scientific basis.
