developed the Heal With Yin Reiki certification program.

underserved populations through community clinics and outreach events; performed acupuncture
and education for patients; helped select therapist hires; promoted community style acupuncture
memberships and events both in surrounding locales and virtually; managed staff scheduling,

acupuncture, clinical, and eLearning departments; successfully taught 4 to 6 in-person or online
courses a trimester from 2014 to 2021; supervised and evaluated acupuncture interns; instructed
foundational courses in both Oriental Medicine and point location and channel theory;
maintained 90% student retention rate during a pandemic; conducted online acupuncture didactic
and clinical courses with above 90% pass rate following COVID protocols and via ZOOM
learning streams. Maintained high-quality student reviews per trimester.
