TCM training with Carl-Hermann Hempen, Fritz Friedl, Christian Schmincke, Volker Scheid, Yun Chiao Shen, Arnaud Versluys; Radha Thambirajah, as well as study tours to Chinese TCM-Universities in Nanjing and Hangzhou
Since 1997 practising acupuncture and prescribing Chinese herbal medicines as well as further training in osteopathy and Glaser’s psychotonic method.
From 1999 to 2004: internship in the TCM Klinik am Steigerwald in northern Bavaria under the direction of Dr. Christian Schmincke; participation in research projects investigating treatment of polyneuropathy and atopic dermatitis using TCM; visiting lecturer in TCM at the University of Erlangen Medical School.
From 2004 to 2009 Lecturer at the Donau-Universitat-Krems in the Zentrum für TCM und Komplementarmedizin; organiser of the Master Study Programme in Chinese Medicine and in natural medicine at the Donau-Universitat-Krems; participation in research projects on herbal medicine treatment for joint arthritis (Article Efficacy of individualized Chinese herbal medication in osteoarthrosis of hip and knee: a doubleblind, randomized-controlled clinical study)
Since 2009 working in my own private practice in Vienna, lecturing at the Donau-Universitat - Krems und for the OGA (osterr. Gesellschaft fur Akupunktur) on Chinese herbal medicine topics und acupuncture.
Current vice-president of the OGA.
