Dr. Tseng is a direct-line disciple of Dr. Young, WeiChiech and from the legend of Master Tung, Ching-Chang.
Dr.Tseng is a certified Chinese Medical Doctor in Taiwan, earned his Doctorate Degree in Medicine at Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( Shang Han Lun). He is a board member of TaiChuang TCM Association in Taiwan.
Currently, Dr.Tseng is the clinic director of Tian-Cheng Hospital in Taichung, Taiwan.
